SUNY Cortland Maintenance Work Request System
SUNY Cortland’s Maintenance Work Request System is a web-enabled interface that provides a user-friendly web forum to submit and query work requests. Requesters can be kept informed via e-mail or can query the status of their request or work order throughout the entire process.
WORK ORDER GUIDELINES
- STANDARD WORK REQUEST
Please use this format for all maintenance type requests. By doing so you will receive an email confirmation that your request has been converted to a work order with a number that you can use for status at any time. If you have any questions please call the Customer Service Center at ext. 2100
- WORK ORDERS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
Please submit all work orders no sooner than 2 months prior to the event. This will give us adequate time to coordinate and process your request.
- SCHEDULED SHUTDOWNS
Please submit all work orders for scheduled shutdowns at least one week prior to the shutdown. For shutdowns that require scheduling less than one week please call the Customer Service Center at ext. 2100 with specific details.
- EMERGENCY WORK ORDERS
If you have a request that requires immediate attention, please contact the Customer Service Center at ext. 2100 between the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday. All other times please contact the University Police Department at ext. 2112.
